Rebranding an old boys’ club as the best private wealth manager for high-net worth women.

Goldman boasted a strong internal record of hiring, promoting, and sponsoring their women employees, but the marketing team at their Private Wealth Management practice felt that story hadn’t been communicated effectively to the outside world.

In partnership with the firm’s Women’s Council, which includes its most senior leaders such as Nicole Pullen-Ross and Heidi Cruz, Rhetorica architected a sub-brand strategy, as well as a 360-degree content & community program for women clients, called “Women In the Lead.”
