This B2B-2C insur-tech platform set out to make a traditionally onerous process a breeze for every type of employee in any industry. In its rush to bring its product to market, the UX language and content strategy had fallen by the wayside.

Nayya asked Rhetorica to create a trustworthy brand voice with a conversational tone. The key was to synthesize and translate complex info and industry jargon into delightful user-facing language.

Rhetorica reshaped the platform’s onboarding experience and ongoing engagement with a human-first strategy, friendly tone, and streamlined content.
