Nova Credit was an early-stage startup when they engaged Rhetorica founder Phoebe Assenza in 2019. The company had just shipped their core product — a credit scoring system with lending partnerships for immigrants to the U.S. — but they needed a solid content strategy and brand voice for their editorial platform.
Building on their core values of facilitating the movement of people across borders and helping newcomers to the States secure their financial footing, we developed a content strategy that covered a hierarchy of needs for immigrants. This included helping clients adjust to new work environments, secure housing, apply for visas, and of course, build credit in the U.S.
