EarlyBird had just closed its seed round (led by Alexis Ohanian’s Seven Seven Six ventures), in late November of 2021 — not the best time of year to start planning a holiday acquisition campaign.
Leveraging the brand’s value prop as an easy way to gift investment accounts to friends and family with kids, Rhetorica moved swiftly to create strategic messaging, campaign concepts, creative direction, and one of our scrappiest video productions ever.
We used the brand’s existing style guide and product elements to visually synthesize how the product works, and tested different messages with various iterations for an all-out social campaign.
The TikTok-style video we wrote and produced fetched a 25% conversion rate — fully funded clients, not just click throughs. It was one of our most successful top-of-funnel creative efforts.
